Useful things to include: the name of the part as it appears on the card, and what you are trying to fit it to. A thread size or a photograph of the fitting saves a round trip.

We can help with what a specification says and does not say, which sizes exist, and whether a part fits alongside another. We cannot look up an order, change a delivery date or take a return: those live with the retail partner where the order was placed.
